Additionally, we do not "give away" servers, the only reason the server would have been terminated is if it was not paid for.

@kai_oosaki @sanY_van_Fox @BardicRJ Hi, Indeed. We send out 3 overdue notices alongside 2 reminders, additionally the service would have been suspended once it passed the due date. This would have meant the server would have been offline, further giving reason to login and check for overdue invoices.

@BardicRJ We simply take a backup of your server, if there's nothing in it then we can only take an empty backup.
We have a TCPShield.jar file, which is in the recycle bin - this may indicate that all files had been deleted and moved there before termination, but that's only an assumption.

@BardicRJ The service was suspended on the 24th and subsequently terminated on the 28th. Backups then continue for 14 days after service termination (to ensure the highly redundant backups continue for a brief period after termination). After this point no new backups are created.

@sanY_van_Fox @BardicRJ Unfortunately if they don't request / download one of their prior backups within the 7 days timeframe that the backups are kept for, then it is overwritten with new backups.
