I am not a big fan of feeding wild ducks in ponds, pigeons in the park or Pelicans in the bay.

I call the cats Black and Stripes. Black looks healthy and wanders around the area looking for food in the abandoned bowls.

Personally, I don't like the idea of feeding stray cats. It creates dependency.
