However, how do I remove the incorrect pdf file that uploaded by mistake? The only allow option is to “confirm/continue" but not delete?

@Barclaycard spent an hour and a half on phone trying to find out why they have messed up my DDR payments. Spoke to two people but they had no idea then just left me for over half an hour listening to crackly music. Hung up in disgust. Sort yourselves out!
