@lookfantastic Your customer service is absolutely shocking. Different answers every 10minutes. No delivery. You have admitted the courier has incorrectly delivered to the wrong address yet still no refund? I want a refund immediately. Well over a week.

@ClubIndividual Piccolino VW-Extremely disappointed. First time at this restaurant. Starters and mains served within 45mins, rushed much? Food cold and sat in a cold gazebo. We were going to he dessert but though better of it.£86 pounds later.For two starters & two mains.Awful.

@ItsuOfficial Just eating the Itsu Hoisin Duck Gyozas and my partner was chewing and I heard an almighty crack. He instantly spat out what he was eating and it seems there is a large bone that he has chewed into. He now has terrible tooth ache. No mention of potential bone on..
