Dennis Whitmore

From agnostic to ambassador for Christ, the “Pedaling Pastor” started as a boy escaping the city on his bicycle growing into a man who wanted to know God.

@ThomRainer Many in the church view the pastor as a hired hand, an employee, not the called man/ woman of God

@cnieuwhof If 2020 surfaced anything...

It has magnified the error that getting connected and being in community go hand in hand. They are vastly different.
It’s possible to be connected and not have community, but impossible to have community and not be connected.

"God resists the Proud". For no good thing he's done in his 4 years did he ever give God glory. He glorified himself. God shares His glory with no man.

After Jan 20, it will be good to see the gaggle of false prophets who were "told by an angel " that Trump would get a 2nd term. The only vote he needed to win is the One he didn't get: God's. Romans 13: God ordains leaders. Jeremiah: God takes them down, as well.

[Dennis Whitmore @Pedaling_Pastor]

@bj116 Absolutely true. A disgusting display. For such arrogance God has taken down kings and nations. Our freedom is a gift, not an entitlement.

[Dennis Whitmore @Pedaling_Pastor]

In pastoral ministry and in our Christian walk in general, we can easily ignore or lose sight of the reality of Spiritual warfare because it is an invisible battle. https://t.co/ubnevj4W8S

[Lisa Bevere @LisaBevere]

We can all have a different STORY, but we cannot all have different truths. Truth doesn't change.

When we ask the question, "What is truth?" we're asking the wrong question. The truth is not a "what," the truth is a "WHO," and His name is JESUS.

There must be a special place in hell for people who make profit from such horror.

We are incredibly #thankful to see the impact of the #Traffickinghub campaign moving forward!

Thank you to ALL advocates who are fearlessly leading in this fight!

No matter who the President is, the King remains the same. Our assignment on His behalf is here. Our citizenship is there, in the kingdom of heaven.

When we get the order wrong, our needs and wants will begin shaping our worship, rather than our worship shaping our needs and wants. https://t.co/1jZxbeSmdm

Smithsonian's Outrageous Promotion of Planned Parenthood https://t.co/cbDLm3Tg2m you support Civil Rights, yet you don't know about this!

[Dennis Whitmore @Pedaling_Pastor]

It's sad that Evangelicals are known more for our political views than for our King.

[Shane Claiborne @ShaneClaiborne]

For Christians, one of the great challenges of politics is misplacing our hope. Our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus blood and righteousness. All other ground is sinking sand. Our hope is not in the donkey or the elephant, but in the Lamb. #ChurchAndState

[Michael Frost @michaelfrost6]

Remember this next time you’re debating someone about an issue that affects them more than it affects you.

[Dennis Whitmore @Pedaling_Pastor]

@publicroad Media and Democrats say Trump is a science denier re global warming. OK. These same groups avoid/ ignore the science that proves without dispute that a human life begins at conception. Therefore, what is the "choice" they are defending?

[Eric Metaxas @ericmetaxas]

This is STAGGERING. We are obliged to know this about someone running for president.

[Dennis Whitmore @Pedaling_Pastor]

How often have you made a hard situation even harder because you see/ listen to what seems to be rather than what is?

@Mike_Pence @realDonaldTrump Since so many Americans have suffered reduced or lost income, it would show leadership if our well-paid, secure leaders would take pay cuts; how many political leaders like Pelosi, McConnell, Shumer, etc are millionaires?
