Well after a brilliant trip cycling through Thailand, laos and vietnam i got rear ended on highway 1 in Thailand on last day 20 km from house in khon kaen ,fractured skull and chunks taken out of my bod but on the mend now and lucky to be alive !

The Tam le bicycle appreciation society!the girl at the back came and sat with me in the restaraunt to quiz me about where I'd been on the bike ,the rest of the gang joined her,the parents kept sending beer over !!Cheers🍻

There's loads of these high rises in Hanoi and its outskirts all lit up like xmas trees at night !

Old quarter Hanoi ,doesn't matter where in vietnam you are, there is always colour ,from trees wrapped in lights and festooned with lit lanterns in the bigger towns and cities ,to the red flags lining the streets and outside every house in the smaller places
