The Honorable Prime Minister has tweeted, and I am sure that he will take strict action against all those people who are responsible for this leak. So students, plz go back to your parents n homes.

जंतर-मंतर पर देश का सारा युवा लाखों की संख्या में जमा हो गया है। सरकार उनकी बात सुनने की बजाय उनपे लाठी चार्ज करवा रही है। ये ठीक नहीं है।

हमारे साथ जो हुआ, वो महत्वपूर्ण नहीं है। हम छात्रों के साथ हैं, उनकी आवाज उठा रहे हैं। उनके साथ गलत हुआ है, वह ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण है। बच्चे वास्तविक समस्या पर शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। वे अपने अधिकार मांग रहे हैं। बार-बार पेपर लीक करके उनका भविष्य बर्बाद किया जा रहा है। शिक्षा व्यवस्था पूरी तरह ध्वस्त हो चुकी है। संसद में ​नेता विपक्ष को बोलने नहीं देते। प्रदर्शन करने नहीं देते। युवाओं पर क्रूरता बरती जा रही है। देश में लोकतंत्र बचा ही नहीं है।

देश के युवा पूरी तरह निराश हैं और हमारा फर्ज है कि हम उनके साथ खड़े हों और हम ये करेंगे।

पेपर लीक क्यों हुआ, इसका जवाब शिक्षा मंत्री को देना चाहिए।

बच्चों पर लाठी क्यों चलाई गई, इसका जवाब गृहमंत्री को देना चाहिए।

इन दोनों की जवाबदेही क्यों नहीं तय हुई, इसका जवाब प्रधानमंत्री को देना चाहिए।

While at Jantar Mantar the protests remain peaceful I’m pained to learn that elsewhere some antisocial elements are taking advantage of the peaceful protests to provoke violence.
No matter what the other side does our response must only be flowers.
Please keep this tradition at all costs.

Just now in the presence of Union Ministers Sh. JP Nadda, Dr. Jitendra Singh and the senior leaders of Apex Body of Leh Ladakh I finally broke my fast after 26 days. Earlier 65 members of parliament from different political parties had visited or signed letters urging me to break the fast. This was done after long negotiations on various conditions and in view of possible violence in the country. I will explain the conditions in detail in a separate video very soon. Meanwhile I urge you all to stay very vigillant about not allowing violence of any kind anywhere.
