What is the hierarchy ? Is price respecting PD array on one TF mean its gonna deliver to that TF liquidity ?

@I_Am_The_ICT I see is that why, Lower time frame draws are ignored cause something HTF is pulling price at that moment, For example DXY NDOG there is a gap of LTF but no gap on HTF hence its not the DOL at this moment
