Reliable sources tell me DSS has arrested Samaila Ibrahim Kaigama, President of the Borno South Youth Alliance. Armed agents. Two vehicles. Taken for “investigation.” Whereabouts unknown.

Kaigama is the man who brokered the terms of the Ngoshe “rescue” — and proved it was no rescue. The Nigerian government paid more than $4 million in U.S. currency directly to Boko Haram. The captives had been held three kilometers from a military base the entire time. Kaigama has the terrorists on tape confirming it.
