@AlluHelios I think in the case of SM its because he got a lot of hate in waves, and now the fans are extremely defensive. However, I don't think they realize that behavior drives away new fans. I like SM but if you try to call out anything he does you will get touched by his stans.

@Rascal45_41 Imo it feels not only homophobic because I'd argue both characters are implied gay, but also transphobic. The way the use him being genderfluid feels like the stereotype terfs have about lesbians and trans women and how they transitioned to get with a lesbian.

i feel like nowadays ppl lack the ability to properly acknowledge that others will have different opinions to theirs, everyone's always getting worked up over ppl liking/disliking stuff that goes against their own tastes, or treating their own opinions as facts... its annoying...
