I posted 3 days back that it could be scam.
and now im lucky because I got the invite for project @SidelinedAI from @Rivalz_AI to yap about it!

I login from my X account and i realized similar vibes like @Soundr_gg Leaderboard!

Their Process (Because Yes, It's the Same Every Time)

-Invent a fake DePIN concept using -AI-generated nonsense.
-Claim some fake VC investment, $15M, $5M, -doesn't matter.
-Launch a node sale with no cap, no smart contract audit, no docs.
-Extract as much money as possible.
-Drop an "airdrop" with zero liquidity and fake excitement.
-Vanish after TGE, rebrand, and do it all over again.

And somehow people fall for it, every time.

@IPNfdn is behind both OpenLoop and Hivera. It is NOT a real VC. It showed up after October 2024 with
-no history
-no deals
-no track record
-no verification.

@Ton_Incubator, supposedly funding Hivera with $5M, is another ghost investor.

It's likely just the same scam team giving itself made-up credibility.

Hivera: Selling Nodes in Secret, Then Charging for Airdrops
Hivera sold nodes privately on Telegram.
-No disclosure.
-No max supply.
-Just backroom deals and hype.

To claim your airdrop, you need to spend 2 $TON. This is liquidity extraction.

But on-chain activity and community reports suggest this team easily took in $500k-700k or more.

OpenLoop: Same Game, Different Chain

OpenLoop claimed $15M in fake funding and launched its own node sale on Solana at 0.85 $SOL per node.

They pushed it hard with "snapshot" FOMO tactics, sold ~2,000 nodes, and likely pulled in $250k or more.
What did users get in return? Nothing.

-No product.
-No testnet.
-No roadmap updates.

Two Projects, One Scam Team

This isn't coincidence it's copy-paste fraud:

-Same documentation with minor edits
-Same visuals, same pitch, different logos
-AI-generated shit whitepapers.
-Zero GitHub, zero verifiable dev activity

It's the same team running both projects. No doubt about it.

Now, yapping about Openloop happening on

But a great coincidence happened after I got invite of @SidelinedAI i connect my X account, and saw the leaderboard, similar to @Soundr_gg
Then i check the funding of $RIZ and I saw they also raised the amount on basis of node sales, yes investor was not same, but the mechanism of mindshare calculation is almost same!
So behind all this possibility of team @SidelinedAI or @Rivalz_AI or say both!

The Scam is Heating Up
Now they claim
"Snapshot taken. Airdrop tomorrow."

It's the final stage. They've drained node sales. They've built the illusion of value, after this they vanish

If you've spent money on nodes, chances are it's gone. @Ravstar11

-There is no team.
-There is no product.
-There is no funding.
-There is no future.

What You Should Do

-Revoke token approvals if you've interacted with their contracts
-Stop engaging with their Telegram or Discord groups

Don't fall for rebranded versions of this scam under new names
