@OliverRyanUK I see Blackburn are spending 9 million in reserves because of the pressure of being a unitary. We were right not to go early and we are right to reserve judgement until more details are released. We of course have our own ideas if asked via email .

@OliverRyanUK District budgets are tiny , but not all are managed well. That is the clue. We will inherit debt and no coherent social healthcare policy. We inherit an ICB in turmoil and a broken transport system. It is a barrier to democracy for those who don't drive.

@OliverRyanUK No, that isn't a good enough reply. We get a minimal allowance , work many hours and am routinely ignored , whilst I do a good chunk of your work , on health , culture and housing matters. At least the last MP spoke to me. Put that in a leaflet.
