The Penn Wells Lodge added 32 two room suites in 2012, featuring rooms with a king bed or two queens, as well as ADA accessible rooms and 4 fireplace suites. This addition to the lodge also included 8 standard two queen rooms. This Lodge section is referred to as the tower.

The Penn Wells Hotel offers outdoor Courtyard dining weather permitting during the summer and fall seasons. The Courtyard opens at 4 pm daily.

The Mary Wells Dining Room and Penn Wells Lounge is a popular spot to celebrate moms on Mother's Day. The traditional brunch is served from 10 am to 4 pm and features carved roast beef and ham, all day breakfast, bountiful sides, a kids table and desserts.
