Sydney Trout runs the first sub 1.10 second 10 yard fly of the summer for the girls at Panther Speed & Agility today, running a 1.03! Which converts to sprinting at 19.8 miles per hour!

Gabe MacLeod ran the first sub 1 second 10 yard fly of the summer today with a time of 0.98 seconds! Which converts to sprinting at 21 Miles Per Hour!!
