@RealEstateRahul Well said and I agree, mostly. If it’s primary care/family medicine, or anyone else personally on the lease. Then it’s function over cost. They’ll ask for what you described above, but won’t want to pay for it. So, as owners, understand your tenants AND the market.

Hey, @GE_Appliances , hello from Canada. Is it normal for us to be on our 3rd major repair in 3 yrs (incl a new dishwasher). Now without dishwasher for holidays. GE fridge also decided to leak from the ice maker. Both appliances less than 3 yrs old #homeappliances
