So I was at Walmart today picking up a prescription, and I waved off the @Ask_Spectrum rep by saying "my girlfriend pays for it" which is true.
I'm not sure exactly what he yelled after me, but it definitely had the word "Freak" in it.

I called back. Very nice rep, again.
This time I got hung up on after about 15 minutes.
So, if anyone from @Ask_Spectrum can reach out to me, the first two I spoke to told me I wasn't even her first call of the *day* like this.

I got home, and called @GetSpectrum to file a complaint. The reps I spoke with were very nice and super sympathetic.
But when they transferred me to a supervisor, I waited on hold for 40 minutes and then got hung up on.
