In addition to the old Charge packet, there's a new win condition with Nellie + BG Battlemaster or Faceless.
List is definetely unrefined, would probably swap Doomsayer for Man The Cannons if Pirate Rogue gets more popular.

Mulligan is highly dependant on the matchups, so I don't really have a clear idea yet.
I generally keep Axe and Depths. Sir Finley is sometimes a keep if you also have Depths and a dumpable hand.
