@LNRailway This is completely unhelpful!! If they’d done an announcement at Birmingham I would have switched trains! I’m blind and the next train will be rammed already, no chance of getting a seat!! Literally no one on board knows this service is cancelled! Do an announcement for everyone!

@AOArena hi, I know you’re not responsible for the reallocation of Take That tickets, but I had accessible tickets for the 9th and it says my order is cancelled? I received an email from yourselves asking about access needs which I replied to… have you refused my booking?
@TicketmasterCS I totally understand that, but they’ve replied again just saying ‘keep an eye on your email’ which doesn’t tell me anything! They won’t acknowledge that it clearly states it’s been cancelled?!

@jaidenofficial Have you had your new seat reservation yet though? It’s my Ticketmaster account that says my order has been cancelled, but wondered if it’s because AO have said they can’t accommodate my booking.
