In a new piece published on Breaking Defense, Peraton's Chris Stangle (Colonel, U.S. Army, Retired) introduces the Eight-Factor Risk Framework, a two-stage methodology that treats risk as a design input built into cognitive operations from the very start, not a compliance step performed after planning is complete.
