@en_djinn@PacceyGuy The general consensus is that they're doing it so that if a new class releases they won't be as behind in cards.
They said DK is getting 2 class sets, but there's just no way they release both at the same time so it's pretty telling one of them is for something else.
!!! GIVEAWAY TIME ALERT !!!

Good luck guys, drawing on August 25 !
@Leolph@en_djinn I think weekly meta adjustmenta would be one of the worst things they could possibly do to the game.
The main issue is they're reactionary nerfing. They look at the top decks and go "ok let's nerf those" instead of thinking about the other classes.
@bisa_lissy@jakeyp0096 It also one of the best decks vs Mug shaman (other two being Mug shaman and Priest LOL), is good vs rogue and one of the more skill expressive decks of the format. Viper disappearing did help but its not the only reason.
@Red36925143131@jakeyp0096 Is it because of oppressive decks or is it because the remaining classes are lacking? If you nerfed the top 4 decks I can guarantee you the bad classes wouldn't get much better. We are in this situation with poor deck diversity because the nerfs are reactionary and lack direction
@nlyonssmith I know it's a bit of an ask, but would you ever consider giving some insight into your design/balance philosophy in one of your dev videos?
It'd be interesting to see how you determine what gets changed and why.
