Our customer was having a dangerous issue of the rod eye breaking off of the rod on this Roof Lift Cylinder. After talking with the customer we decided that a "one piece" rod-rod eye forging was the best way to go.

When one of our best customers got into a pinch and needed a complete cylinder build from scratch and shipped to Nebraska in a couple of weeks. We was happy to jump on the job and push this design through engineering, then into the hands of our highly skilled cylinder shop.
