@iam_zakia Even if it’s not normal for your cycle, there’s lots of things that can throw your cycle out of whack— stress, irregular eating, irregular sleep, even a vacation can throw it off. It’s nothing to worry about, but, there’s no harm in contacting a doctor if you’re really worried
