Feedback welcome, but it currently requires using the low-level JSON config format which we're replacing soon with TOML (and we'll only auto-migrate the high-level JSON format).

So, I wrote a HEIF parser, in #golang of course, to get metadata out of iOS HEVC *.heic etc files for @PerkeepOrg.

That was, uh, ... interesting?
