Defamation is not a joking matter nor is it free speech. Defamation is not an opinion. Defamation causing damage to a person’s name, trust, brand, confidence, partners, affiliated or business is many times irreversible.

Mr Legere request to dismiss the case was denied. Denied defined: If the motion is denied, the document or proceeding remains in effect, and the case or legal process will continue.

So I will continue to, not only prove, damages in this case but will also do my best expand laws to PROHIBIT all people of influence, speakers, podcasters & you tubers from recklessly tarnishing brands to anyone’s name, reputation or brand under the the guise of opinion, click bait or allegedly.
