Swedish sociologist (PhD) with Polish, German and Ukrainian roots. For the list of my publications use my name in Google Scholar. And yes I hate Russia.
Trump asking whether he (President Zelenskyy) would go to Moscow, who then responds:
„It is difficult to go to Moscow thanks to the many Ukrainian drones. (…) It is too dangerous.“
I almost fell from my chair laughing.
Ukraine and Germany have launched a joint program to produce BARS jet-powered drones, with the initial phase financed by Germany. According to Ukrainian Foreign Minister @andrii_sybiha, all drones produced under the initiative will be delivered directly to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to media reports, the BARS drone has a strike range of up to 800 kilometers, enabling it to engage targets deep inside Russian territory.
‼️‼️🔥🇺🇦🇷🇺 BIG | Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces just wiped out another nine Russian fuel tankers in the Sea of Azov, bringing the total to a staggering 21 vessels neutralized in just 72 hours.
🔻This isn't just a series of strikes; it’s a systematic, industrial-scale strangulation of Russia's logistics. By targeting the fuel artery feeding occupied Crimea—simultaneous with a massive blackout campaign across the peninsula—Kyiv is effectively putting the region on life support.
📍Moscow’s inability to protect its own "shadow fleet" in its own backyard is a humiliation that speaks volumes about the state of their rear-guard defenses. While the Kremlin tries to play down the damage, the reality is that the logistical backbone of their southern occupation is snapping. If Russia can’t secure these tankers, they can’t fuel their war machine in the south. We’re witnessing a masterclass in asymmetric warfare: why fight on the front lines when you can simply turn the enemy’s supply chain into a burning liability?
USF struck Saratov Oil Refinery and Borisoglebsk Airfield.
On the night of July 8, operators of @1usc_army, in coordination with @DI_Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service @DPSU_ua, and other Defense Forces units, struck the Saratov Oil Refinery and the Borisoglebsk military airfield in Voronezh Oblast, Russia.
Saratov is a Rosneft refinery with a capacity of ~7 million tons of crude per year. Borisoglebsk bases Su-34, Su-35S, and Su-30SM jets used to strike Ukraine.
Explosions and fires reported at both sites. Damage assessment is ongoing.

Analysis confirms a strike on the Cherkassy linear production dispatch station near Ufa, a key Transneft-Ural oil pumping hub. The facility handles crude oil transported through the TON-1, TON-2, TON-3 and Ust-Balyk–Kurgan–Ufa–Almetyevsk pipelines to refineries in Bashkortostan and Tatarstan. It also dispatches refined petroleum products from Ufa via multiple pipeline routes, making it an important logistics node. #Ukraine
Ukrainian drones struck an oil pumping station near Russia's Ufa, 1,300 km from Ukraine.
The station is a key node of the Transneft-Ural system: it pumps crude from Western Siberia to refineries in Bashkortostan and Tatarstan through four trunk pipelines.

✌️Kostyantynivka, one of the hottest front lines right now. Ukrainian defenders drop sausage from a drone for a dog forced to survive during the fighting in the city.
‼️‼️🇺🇦🇷🇺 BIG | The absolute chaos continues to unfold in the southern theater as Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces pull off a breathtaking, multi-domain offensive, expanding their ruthless air campaign across the Sea of Azov and occupied Crimea.
During the night of July 8, operators piloting advanced FP-2 kamikaze drones struck and heavily damaged an additional 9-plus fuel tankers belonging to Russia’s "shadow fleet" as they attempted to haul gasoline and diesel toward Crimea. This brings the staggering 72-hour total to 21 high-value maritime targets completely neutralized, including 19 shadow fleet tankers, a cargo ship, and a transport ferry in Kerch. Simultaneously, Ukrainian drone networks conducted a massive sweeping operation across the occupied peninsula and southern territories, hammering 53 distinct military targets in a single night.
The strategic onslaught has also expanded into a full-scale energy blackout campaign. Operating under the classified initiative "Crimean Kill Switch," long-range strike drones systematically dismantled more than 6 critical electrical substations overnight, bringing the total to 50 neutralized energy hubs since July 1. Reflecting on the scale of the destruction and the long-term vision for the liberated territories, the legendary commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert "Madyar" Brovdi, issued a powerful declaration: "We will stand firm, Moscow will fall, and we will feed and rebuild Crimea."
🇸🇪🇺🇦✈️ Swedish PM Ulf Kristersson:
Ukraine is actually procuring the new generation of Gripen fighter — the E generation of it. We have signed a deal with 16 fighter jets.
At the same time, we donate the same number of pre-owned fighter jets, so we'll deliver all together 32.
In the night of July 8, unmanned aerial vehicles attacked Russia's Voronezh region. Under strike may have been the Russian military airbase "Borisoglebsk," where in particular Su-34, Su-35, Su-30SM fighters are based, OSINT channels report.
At the site after the strikes, there is a strong fire. Official confirmations of the object's damage have not yet been received.
The "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" enterprise has been hit — one of the largest petrochemical complexes in Russia.
It produces synthetic rubbers, plastics, polyethylene and other petrochemical products used in the Russian military-industrial complex.
‼️‼️🇺🇦🇷🇺 Ukraine is aggressively choking off Russian military supply lines directly inside the Russian Federation, permanently cutting off tactical routes used to sustain frontline forces.
In another successful deep-interdiction operation, Ukrainian forces have completely obliterated a critical military supply bridge in the Belgorod region. This high-impact strike severs a vital logistical artery used by the Russian military to transport heavy armor, ammunition, and fresh troops toward the active frontline. By targeting physical infrastructure deep within Russian territory, Ukraine is making it increasingly impossible for the Kremlin to swiftly reinforce its positions or launch coordinated counter-offensives.
This latest strike proves that Russia’s border regions have effectively become active, unprotectable combat zones. By systematically hunting down and dropping key bridges, Ukraine is forcing the Russian high command into severe logistical nightmares, trapping their localized forces and demonstrating that no military route leading to the front lines is safe from precision destruction.
