@UHC is it tradition for UnitedHealth care to not respond during negotiations of a provider contract? This is silly for an issue that should have been processed and corrected back in early January 2025, the radio silence is deafening on my side of things.
@TuftsHealthPlan are you surprised that in 2023 there was a net loss of $51.4 million? I am not shocked by these numbers at all. With the lack of care for your consumers, providers or even lack of vital departments like credentialing!
@TuftsHealthPlan I absolutely would love to speak to a supervisor in regard to credentialing which you do not have a department for. 2 years is far too long for this one issue to contuine.
