@JuvenileBluster @TheFIREorg I see your point - but Universities are not Government. Gov't is ultimately enforced by violence. For example, Don't pay taxes? Eventually an agent of the state will show up at your residence with a gun. 1st Amendment protects one from this for thought/expression.
