Courts systems fail, when the judges don't follow the rules Due process and proper procedure. RULES I SAY.
Judges have rules to follow in order to grant a motion. Meaning guidelines.
Almost like a check list.
No marks no next move.

Grandparent's are as guilty as a Mother or Father. When they have petitioned the courts for rights to the grandchild.

The parental alienation awareness flag needs to be raised in schools worldwide. Every child should be able to know the difference between and alienator and a targeted parent. Education is a powerful tool that we can use to help end parental alienation.
