@HDFC_Bank dear team, I had received a co branded gift card in Dec’24 with validity up to Mar’27 but only on recent usage I got to know it is discontinued. I have tried reaching out via Customer Service to both co branded entities but received no support.
As if that wasn’t enough, the customs officials were rude and hostile, even though I was travelling with a toddler. This isn’t just bad service — it’s harassment of passengers. Is this the standard of aviation and airport management in India? Unacceptable.
Absolutely shameful experience with @AirIndiaX and @PuneAirport . My checked-in luggage went missing and I was forced to wait over 2 HOURS with zero accountability. The ground staff was clueless, apathetic, and blatantly unhelpful.

I have made a payment for subscription incorrectly which resulted in not providing me the subscription but you guys are not even refunding the money even after several times reaching out to your service channels.
After long hold I spoke with agent but again no resolution and my call was disconnected abruptly
