Wounded healer graduating as an MHN in September. I offer lived experience informed staff training and service user inclusion programmes alongside my degree.
@felicityallman I do not come to Twitter. But I am here to remind you that you’re my hero and my role model. And whoever made you feel less than that, frankly, needs to check themselves...
I was given a hammock age 13. Since then I’ve carted it around the world waiting for the right trees. Age 42, gave up on perfect trees and just asked someone to put up two posts: massive cost of £15. Sun and swing mindfulness after work - priceless!
Here you go. MSE colouring in sheet as promised. Feel free to print and use. I set the students a colouring competition which usually gets me some odd looks followed by an impressive level of competitiveness! 😂 @psychinformatic @autp2@rcpsych@CombinedNHS @MHLT_STOKE
@Debbieandrew6g1 We’d love to tell you all about it Debbie! It’s been a really good learning experience for us all, if a bit of a load on top of the icmht ☺️ seeing the positive feedback makes it all worthwhile!
Staffed by lived experience practitioners, HOPE’s first cohort of emotional coping skills is now complete, the report written. We built it and they came :) Two more groups to go!!
@rlaugharne1 Thanks Richard, when we get to the end of the three groups in September, I’d be most grateful for a connection to someone who could do some t tests and generally help me do more with the data we’ve collected... thought you may know someone who could be tempted?
Dear All,
This is the story of my life: my journey out of hell & into the life I love.
I don't have all the answers. But if you are in hell, you may find ideas in this book worth trying.
I wish you the skillful means to build & maintain a life worth living.
Love, Marsha
