@UberEats Just spent Β£40 on two sodding McDonald's meals - wild price to begin with - but it turned up stone cold. Attempted to complain but, because it's not a "live" order, they won't look at it. Has your customer service always this appalling, or is it a new thing?
@ybird85@Revolut Oh I don't disagree! I just wonder what good screaming obscenities into the void is going to do, that's all. It'll come back online, they'll pay a degree of compensation and we'll move on with our lives eventually
@joshua_lee56788@Revolut Don't think so. BBC news now saying it's other banks as well, something to do with Google cloud services. It's annoying. I'm sure we'll all get a tenner for the inconvenience π€£
@denispo_@Revolut Oh 100%. I thought they'd built a backup system - I vaguely remember them trumpeting it a few months ago when they had an outage. It's not right, they need to get it fixed asap, but the FSA will demand they compensate people for their outage anyway so I'm a little less bothered
@BamuwamyeS@Revolut Very active and it's affecting me - I commute and I've got sod all for lunch! But I've got faith it'll be back to normal in a couple of hours, they'll fix it and probably compensate as well. I just don't see the point of screaming into the void
@TLRailUK why do you make traveling with you so bloody hard? You know there are literally thousands of people commuting the Brighton mainline, why does it always have to be so uncomfortable?
@KieranMaguire@samaritans Also @KieranMaguire, please tell me you're not doing circuit training whilst talking to Julia Heartless Ballbag on Talk TV? Don't be heavy breathing on the call with her, it isn't a good look π
