@schuh We’ve now received a refund from Schuh and am having to spend today going to the west end to buy a pair. I was told they could send a replacement- but that would also be sent by Evri! So would have been useless. Maybe stop using this awful company?

@schuh use EVRI for next day delivery. I ordered only for EVRI to dump outside my door allowing them to be stolen. Now having to buy elsewhere as @Schuh cannot get me a pair before my holiday. Maybe don’t use a crap delivery service? Won’t use again. Awful.

A new @asda store opened 10 mins from us so we bought a gift card to use there after previously visiting. Once we went to pay we were told they didn’t accept Gift cards. We now have a gift card that is useless to us as the next nearest store is a bus ride away.
