Hi everyone, just wanted to ask a question please.
If a pregnant woman is on a Skilled Worker Visa/COS in the UK and will be going on maternity leave soon, does the employer need to inform the Home Office about the maternity leave?
Hi everyone,
I received my Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) this morning, and the job itโs linked to is one of those being removed from the shortage list today.
Iโm honestly surprised that my organisation was still able to assign it, especially since the role is classified as medium-skilled.
Iโm unsure whether I should still go ahead and submit my visa application today or wait.
and the application is either rejected or the CoS isn't allocated in time can that person still apply for the post-study visa before their student visa expires?
Just trying to understand the risks and options clearly. Any advice or experience would be really appreciated!
You people should please na respond ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐ญ.
If someone submits a Skilled Worker visa application using a pending CoS reference, along with a letter from the sponsoring organisation explaining that the delay is due to the Home Office,
With the new rule starting tomorrow and Health & Safety being removed from the sponsorship list, under what eligible role or SOC code can we possibly reclassify it?
