In Trump v CASA, it ruled that universal injunctions likely exceed what Congress ever gave federal courts the power to do. MAKE ANOTHER RULING

🚨BREAKING: Florida’s CFO just said the quiet part out loud: "The easiest way to kill sanctuary cities forever is to start charging the Democrat politicians who protect illegal immigrants as accessories to every murder, rape, and child rape those illegal immigrants commit."

He argued that the crimes would not have happened without the sanctuary policies that shielded the offenders. Make the politicians legally responsible. They are complicit. No more hiding behind “compassion.”

Florida has already banned sanctuary cities and increased penalties for human smuggling.
