@SendGrid , @SendGridSupport The support experience in once again horrible. Our account is suspend due to malicious activity, we have addressed the issue and replied to the support ticket followed by nothing but silence. Please get your service to an acceptable level!
@ArtificialAnlys I can't find a way to easily filter models based on the support for function calling and/or json mode. Am I missing something? I would like to create a list of models that support those capabilities.

@twilio our heavily used account is deactivated due to inactivity after we opened a support ticket trying to get access to our account which failed due to an SSO issue. Now support does not respond on the matter and our customers are left in the cold. How can we restore trust?
I am really disappointed about the fact that we first succesfully migrated to a new azure tenant with the help of your support team but now we have some issue we are ignored by that same support after they disabled our account without any prior notice
