@AudiOfficial Hey @AudiOfficial I received a call back, stating that after all there IS a policy for honoring warranties for emergency work done at nondealers. If I hadn’t gone public would I have received that call? Painful. We’ll see if you ultimately make it right for a 25 year customer.
