@VIANAZIZFRCOGUK I think that showing full, naked bodies without censorship is the best way to normalize nudity. The wider the variety of body types that are shown on social media and in mainstream media, the less likely it is to be sexualised. Progress in that direction feels very slow, though.

@SimonDeene @FeralPassenger True, but I feel a lot of people underestimate how hard it is. I came to pole with a background in many different sports and a decent level of strength and fitness, but my first lesson still left me feeling like I'd been in a car crash 🤣.
