Today i decided to buy APCL. It’s still a risky pick but I do believe that APCL will at least keep on of their licenses in Senegal or Gambia. My bet is that they will keep SOSP, A1 and A4. ROP is long gone and TOTAL will get it. #APCL #Senegal #timis
