@British_Airways For comparison -- bag delayed a year or so ago with @SouthwestAir. Only delayed by a couple hours. I am immediately offered a future flight credit for the bag not arriving and extra incentive if I come back to collect it when it arrives. That is how customer service should work.

Customer service from @British_Airways has been beyond poor. Delayed bag - finally found 3 days post flight. I'm asked to come pick up the bag at the airport or they'll deliver it sometime in the next 2 days? Seriously? Zero apology or offer of any compensation for my time/hassle
