@parcelforce still waiting on a parcel delivered to you on 13/08. Customs fee paid 22/08. Multiple phone calls and promises of delivery and still nothing. Coming up on a month. Ridiculous. How is this even possible?
@RossHun51056311@parcelforce Exactly the same, mate. Paid them on the 22nd August - spoken to them about 10 times and each time they’re gonna deliver in a couple of days. I’ve never known such an incompetent set up!

Try to book re delivery & system hears 6a as 91, 86 & 60.
