@owl_lit @KQED You should try electric induction stoves. They are faster than gas and more precise. You have an old style electric radiant stove. Gas stoves are at best 30% efficient and induction stoves are 80% efficient. Check out Restaurant Maison Troisgros. Michelin 3 stars. 100% induction

@ParisJeTaime maybe, maybe not! Just took Paris bus as a tourist. 1st time. Later ticket checkers came on bus and charged me 35 Euro because I didn’t stamp my ticket. Bus driver didn’t ask me to when I boarded empty bus. No kindness from rude ticket checker. Friendly Paris NOT.
