@WildMediaOnly I almost drowned after doing something similar in Hawaii, was halfway back up climbing up the cliff from the water when a wave knocked me down I landed headfirst on rocks. Basically ran-climbed back up and immediately passed out. Woke up in a pool of blood the size of my torso😂

Cool, now who’s gonna pay for them to be made and handed out to homeless people?

Not the taxpayers, that would be a waste spending tax money on things for folks that likely don’t pay taxes. Not the business folks, they would see absolutely no benefit in investing money in this with no chance of any profit/returns.

I guess charities may be a viable funding option. Freezing temperatures definitely are, in certain places, more of an immediate survival issue than lack of food or water. I could see that path working.
