One of the ways to ensure success comes from being consistent. All the training for expeditions & AR taught me that being consistent creates good habits which leads to success. Don't underestimate consistency, it's a key ingredient to achieving goals. Consistency trumps intensity

Selling is like being a frontline soldier. In the thick of things. It requires resolve, resilience, enthusiasm & grit to succeed.

Next week I will be joining @MarkKeating85 and his #SalesGuru team for a series of live events in Cape Town & JHB Interested? Take a look below 👇

Weekend weather played havoc with our team training, but despite the rain & freezing wind we were able to suck it up & get a few solid sessions done.

Managed to test our kit. The new @MERRELL_ZA Agility Peak 5's were perfect & are now my new go-to shoe. 7 weeks to @expafrica

Huge excitement about training weekend ahead. 48 hrs of big mountains, running feral, oxygen through both nostrils & navigation work for our @expafrica - Adventure Racing World Champs team #HeinekenAR 0.0.
Our new @CoreMerino kit will be put to the test. Will keep u posted!

Collywobbles..It's a weird name for something so beautiful! Exploring the Mbashe River & it's Cape Vulture colonies in the @isuzusa #DMax. What a pleasure. @EC_Tourism @Nandi_mela

💥Monday joy!
We love night riding. Klaar!
Most Wild Coast Feral teams will do their last bike leg after sunset. We recce'd a section to test how it would be at night. Saw an Aardwolf, rare for this area, but we were feral.
This is what YOU can look forward to in just 5 weeks.👌
