UK Customs told me you’re responsible for the package and should assist with the issues.

@RoyalMailHelp In spite of our goods having been handed over to Royal Mail (“we’ve got it!?”), this is the response I just received. They simply don’t care and are not even trying to work with customs. Blaming game, and total lack of accountability. Shame on you!
