Does the @MTA discriminate? Yes! Unequivocally. Take for example the state of cleanliness or absence of filth on its trains. @MTALIRR trains - relatively clean. And I will blindly wager, @MetroNorth trains are as clean, if not cleaner. But @NYCTransit riders marinate in filth.
