@KFC_UKI_Help went to KFC Wisbech to get food. Staff were more interested in flirting with each other. Food left not served for over 20 mins, staff tried picking fallen food from the counter, appalling serving and rude staff.

This is where our job. Let’s hope the new one is slightly better. Staff leave because they are not valued

@richard_vipond Hello, I’m just interested to know, do you think a significant pay rise is enough to fix problems in the service? I personally don’t, I think we have far too many staff who don’t feel valued. A pay rise will help, but won’t fix this.

@POAnatchair @amazon @POAUnion Interesting, the Government have announce that national minimum wage will go up by £0.59 an hour, forcing employers to pay more, but HMPPS, employees of the same Government don’t get a £0.59 an hour raise. Disgusting how they give others and don’t pay more themselves.

@MyLilBlueBook I’m a Prison Officer. Would be looking at Security Professionals as an option, but no one from my job is a member. I teach within my job, incident management and work surrounding negotiation, so also thought of Educators. Honestly though, would consider any if it were welcoming.

@krispykremeUK All staff at HMP Whitemoor are working tirelessly to allow those in custody those basic needs that everyone should have, in addition to caring for those in need. They do this whilst putting their own families at risk day after day. I recommend them all as heroes.

@KFC_UKI extremely disappointed and fed up with service at KFC Wisbech. Staff too busy chatting to listen, wouldn’t take my Loyalty card with £5 discount and then moaned to another staff member when I said I wasn’t happy. KFC, is this how you customer service is taught?
