Whatever happens with Carrick, if it’s to be someone else, they will be walking in to a job that was completely different to the one he walked in to. They will be following a manager who finished in the top 5, not the bottom 5. A club who are in 5 competitions not one who aren’t in any. A club where players take a pay cut to stay, where players give everything to quality for competitions they won’t even play in and a club where we no longer fear getting embarrassed by our rivals. Carrick has restored the dignity of the office of the Manchester United manager, he has a class and a composure that builds trust with his players and has given us back a team that we can once again enjoy watching. He did this without signing a single player and if he doesn’t get the Utd job, he will rightfully get a top job somewhere else.
🗣️A CALL FOR UNITY AND TO CAST ASIDE DIFFERENCES
Some journalists, paid accounts, and bots will do everything they can to discredit and defuse any message or action that challenges this ownership. That’s expected, we have always had to put up with this.
We do what we do for one reason only, the love of our club. Nothing else. We have never monetised this. We have never sold access, clicks, or credibility, unlike others.
We put ourselves out there to defend and fight for our club, fan culture and for the next generation of supporters. We are just honest, hard working lads who refuse to be silenced.
Look around. Cut through the bullshit. They do not want fans united against the ownership, so they will do whatever they can to divide opinion and fracture support.
We urge fans to unite, stay the course this time, no matter any previous differences. We can all go back to calling each other 🤬 after if needed. Fans are not the problem. We are not the problem.
One unified goal: the removal of this rotten ownership and inept executive team.
Follow the truth.
Tomorrow belongs to those who see it coming.
The 1958🇾🇪
Absolutely diabolical, a complete embarrassment to the players, the manager and the entire football department. That football is an insult to this football club and it’s 140 year old history. Defensive cowardice at home against a team that hasn’t won all season.
Missed kick off tonight despite being in the queue for the turnstiles at 7.45. This was the scene outside the ground at 8.00pm. A shit show all round tonight. #MUFC#GGMU#ManchesterUnited#ManUtd#UTFR
Sunderland have donated a box at the Stadium of Light to the Bradley Lowry foundation. 🫶🏟️
The foundation will use the box to invite sick and underprivileged children to watch matches throughout the season. ❤️
Fair play for doing this, such a beautiful gesture from Sunderland Football Club.
