@ApolloPharmacy I was denied Misoprostol by Sector 46 Noida branch for my wife who suffered a miscarriage even after talking to her gyne who was out of station, stating it is the SOP to have a prescription. I understand SOPs, but are they paramount, even above patient’s health??

@amazonIN I had ordered for chairs (fulfilled by Amazon) and I received a wrong item. Package was picked up on 19 May and I’m still awaiting the refund to my Amazon Pay account. Multiple requests for a call back but received no call. Absolutely pathetic. What’s the resolution?

@DTDCIndia My courier to The Shelters Saharanpur, booked on 5 March 2025, shows as delivered on 6 March 2025 to security guard. No details of the POD, nothing and item has not been delivered. Fake update against docket number and the Sharanpur DTDC personnel is blaming me!

Chipping paint in 1 year old front loading washing machine and a ‘senior’ at the customer care says it is normal as the machine works with water! This is not normal and I want a resolution.

Update- Electrolux says that it is physical damage from my end and have denied warranty! Electrolux helpline tells me that ASM Mr. Laxmi Prakash saw the video and denied the claim. @ElectroluxGroup @ElectroluxIndia @ElectroluxIN @cromaretail Is this the quality I should expect?
