@OmnihouseUK Adjustment to the 2019 Tenant Fees Act. The Dog & Domestic Animals Bill section 4.3 calls for dogs to not be issued with ceritifcates to live in rentals unless dog responds to basic commands. Whose going to run that assessment ?
