@rachyylol Every body works differently so it‘s hard to say, but most commonly it’s because of low magnesium or sometimes low iron. It could even be low vitamin D. When it comes to hydrate, e.g. for mineral water, try to check for high magnesium and calcium but low sodium.

[OFFICIAL] Riot Games launches Game Changers in EMEA, the First-Ever Official Women’s Competition: LCG Rising

- Competition to take place from August to October.
- Played Online with Finals at Paris Games Week on October 30.
- LGC isn't here to replace existing competition like EEC, La Coupe des Etoiles etc...
- LGC is open to all individuals who identify as women.
- 3 invited LEC teams, Top 3 teams for EEC and 2 teams from the open qualifiers.
- 8 teams divided in 2 groups with Single Round Robin B01, Bottom team from each group is eliminated. The remaining 6 teams advance to playoffs. Group stage to take place on September 13–14, 20–21, 27–29
- Playoffs will be played in a double-elimination format BO5 on October 10–12 and 14–15
- Riot will implement the coverage of this competition though their plateform (LoL Esports, LEC social media...)
